Dexter is a King Charles Spaniel who belongs to Herb and Shirley Goode. He lives with his owners at Goode Farm.

Little to nothing changed with the Goode's daily life after the apocalypse as their farm is out of the way and they get very few visits from the undead.
Season Two[]
All That's Left Is Death[]
Dexter first appears after Herb brings him in from a morning walk. He comments that Dexter has learned to stay quiet. Shirley is glad of this, and comments that his barking used to lure unwanted attention to the farm.
Dexter is later seen snuggling with Lorna on the sofa by the fire.
