Nothing is known about Felicia's life before the apocalypse other than she worked as some sort of doctor.
Nothing is known about what happened to Felicia during the early days of the apocalypse. At some point, she ended up at Midway, a town situated on a rooftop of an old mall.
Felicia first appears as she checks on Georgie Rutherford and Beatrice Thompson, two new arrivals at Midway. She asks Georgie some questions, including how she and Beatrice are sleeping and eating and if either of them have any allergies. Georgie says she's allergic to cats, and jokes it's a shame as she has all the makings for a crazy cat lady. Felicia then asks if Georgie has any pre-existing medical conditions. Georgie, who suffers with diabetes, lies and says she doesn't.
After Georgie's friends arrive at Midway, the group are awoken in the middle of the night by a large group of zombies by Dwayne, who inadvertently led them there are fleeing home from Summerlyn City whilst injured. Felicia tends to his injuries and when an angry Donna curses at him after making sure he's all right, Felicia tells Dwayne that's the best he's ever going to get from her. He agrees.
Felicia is approached by newcomer Jai Patil who worked as a doctor. He asks if there's anything he can do to help out. She tells him she has a system in place. He offers his services again, but she rebuffs him. Jai walk away irritated. Henry tells Jai that Felicia is used to her routine but she will eventually come around and accept his help.
Felicia gathers outside Annette's tent after she passes away. When Sean, who had grown close to her, takes the news badly, Felicia explains Annette was diagnosed with cancer a few years previously and earlier this year she was told it was terminal. Mere weeks later, the pandemic started, so there wasn't enough time for Annette to fully accept the news she didn't have long left. Sean asks if she was in denial. Felicia says no and explains that Annette went to her a few days previously with some symptoms she had been having. Felicia broke the news to her then that she likely only had days left. Sean is furious that Annette kept her illness from him.
The following day, Felicia attends Annette's funeral with many other residents of Midway, but the service is gatecrashed by Sean. Jai eventually knocks him out to stop things from escalating further.
When Henry and most of the other residents of Midway attend a meeting in Victoria, Felicia joins Donna, Georgie, Calvin, and Waylon in observing smoke in the distance. Felicia asks where Elaine is as she might know what Henry would suggest in this situation, but nobody has seen her. Calvin realises it is coming from the pub where Sean has been staying in since his exile from Midway.
The following day, Felicia attends Sean's funeral.
Felicia doesn't appear in this episode, but in the four months since the previous episode, Midway has grown substantially and Felicia runs a fully-functioning infirmary.
Felicia meets Lorna and says she appears to know Jai and Georgie well. Lorna says they're old friends. Felicia says they are kidding themselves if they think a controlled diet will keep a diabetic Georgie alive. Lorna says Georgie forgot to eat and the diet itself might work as Jai seems to think so. Felicia says he thinks that because he cares about her. She then says she wouldn't give Georgie a week.
When a meeting between Midway and another group is ambushed by Blaine Monteghue, several survivors are killed and injured. Dwayne is rushed to Felicia, who is unable to help him. Felicia is later present when Henry addresses the community, where he tells them what happened and swears vengeance.
Felicia attends the funeral of Aimi with her fellow residents.
Jai enters the infirmary and spots Felicia. He apologises and says if she's busy he can come back later, but she insists that's not necessary. She says she knows she wasn't welcoming to him when he first arrived at Midway, and apologises for that. He says she's a perfectionist and had her own thing going so it's understandable. Felicia asks Jai if he would like to get dinner later. Jai declines by saying that even though his wife is dead, he still considers himself married. Felicia understands. Jai says he would be honoured to join her for dinner as a friend and colleague though. She smiles.
Later, Felicia is upset and tells Penny she thinks Jai has stood her up. Mark comes over and wonders if they know why everyone is acting strange. Just then, a bomb planted by Blaine detonates, destroying Midway and killing Felicia instantly.
