The Layton House was a small residential building in Summerlyn City.
General Information[]
Little is known about the origin of the Layton House other than it was eventually brought by Collin Layton, where he lived with his wife Samantha and their daughter Charlotte.
Samantha suffered years of abuse at the hands of Collin and eventually, Samantha and Charlotte fled and a restraining order was granted.
Charlotte returned to the house years later upon discovering that her father had killed his current partner. She found him lying on the kitchen floor, unable to move, as his bad back was playing up. Charlotte tried to convince Collin to admit to his crime to spare his partners children the ordeal of the trial. When he refused and denied doing anything wrong, Charlotte got revenge on her father by setting the house ablaze, killing him.
